[PATCH] InvalidAuthenticityToken fix for in_place_editing

This patch adds the test_helper.rb file that the in_place_editing repository was missing.

It also fixes the ActionController::InvalidAuthenticityToken error that pops up when you use in_place_editing with forgery_protection on.

I applied the patch found in the Trac ticket #10055 (http://dev.rubyonrails.org/ticke... and made sure all tests ran fine.
