InvalidAuthenticityToken and test suite fix for auto_complete

This patch adds the missing test_helper file with the correct libraries that the auto_complete github repository was missing.

It also fixes the InvalidAuthenticityToken error that auto_complete shared with in_place_editing when forgery protection is enabled.

A new test was added to test the plugin with forgery protection, all tests ran fine and I also tested the patch on a production application.
