Protoype Form.serialize SHOULD serialize file inputs

since prototype 1.6.0.3 this behaviour has changed because of this: http://dev.rubyonrails.org/ticke...
I don't think this was a bug to begin with. And I was depending on the file values being passed for my form validation script.
I think this behaviour should either be changed back or..
a new function or function parameter should be added to restore this functionality..
