yet another default_scope bug

Not critical though but still an issue: when mixing default_scope and named_scope, the default_scope conditions are injected twice in the generated SQL query.

Not quite sure, but that seems to be a consequence of #1960 as well, and as such should be fixed by #2346

- State changed from “new” to “incomplete”
