SessionHash#delete not implemented

In file actionpack/lib/action_dispatch/middleware/session/abstract_store.rb SessionHash#delete is not implemented. Because of this session.delete(key) will not work if session is not loaded at the time.

The solution is to implement SessionHash#delete the same way SessionHash#[] and SessionHash#[]= are implemented.
