Make validates_inclusion_of and validated_exclusion_of pass the enum/list as an interpolation argument

neither validates_inclusion_of nor validated_exclusion_of currently do pass the list of allowed/disallowed values to the error message generation for interpolation, so people can not say that "the given value must be one of {{list}}"

I'm not yet sure how to provide the list (which could be an Array or Range object IIRC) as an interpolation value.
