gems with running rails with jruby

there are some gems with java extensions which are using a version where '-java' gets appended to the version of the gem. exmples: do_sqlite3, do_mysql, do_postgres from data_objects (related to datamapper) among many others.

so please consider applying the little patch.

    I've reported a similar ticket yesterday, along with a patch also. Please note that your solution would work only for java platform, any other would fail (with the directory being named differently).
