Time zones in API docs

Usually (in 90% of cases), you don't care about the time zone
classes when browsing the API docs, and so they only distract.
Would it be possible to remove all those time zone classes from the
API docs, and possibly bring up a separate page where they are all
listed?

Ah, I see. I was visiting the API docs with yardoc here, which also displays namespaced classes.
http://yardoc.org/docs/rails/But it is also visible on RailsBrain, which I believe is running rdoc:

http://api.rubyonrails.org/
It is namespaced there, but takes up a lot of vertical space in the (imho ugly, btw) layout...Why does tzinfo have to be integrated into rails at all and not referenced as dependency via the gemfile?
