Forms are not being rendered using form_for

The forms are not being renderd using forms_for even we use <%= form_for ... %>

This was happening in haml initially then i checked with erb too they were not being rendered.

- State changed from “new” to “invalid”
I cannot reproduce. Please pastie your form somewhere.
