Typo in activerecord/RUNNING_UNIT_TESTS

Hi, there is a typo in the RUNNING_UNIT_TESTS file, the correct task is test_sqlite3.

A patch is attached.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
since this is documentation I have committed it to docrails. This will be eventually merged into Rails.
