Failure of the Update

Good afternoon,
I wanted to Update the Programm Rubygem from 1.2.0 on newest
version according to updates - system ERROR: While executing
according to (RuntimeError) according to updates - system is
disabled on Debian. RubyGems can be updated using the official
Debian repositories by aptitude or apt-get. but debian is blocked
and by apitude is 1.2.0 the newst version
