behavior changed for fields_for_nested_model
Reported by mrc | May 26th, 2010 @ 04:59 AM
http://github.com/rails/rails/commit/88d2e4ca6fdf0d0df9d7d71bae1ecb...
The commit above changed the behavior of fields_for_nested_model() for existing records.
Previously it always returned whatever block.call(builder) returned. Now it either returns block.call(builder) if hidden_field for :id has been called (which sets @emitted_hidden_id = true), or it returns the contents of output_buffer if it has not (when emitted_hidden_id? == false).
