attributeless find_or_initializer

I use a lot of named scopes and found myself wanting to use find_or_create_by_XXX without any refining XXX attributes (they had all been built up in the scope chain.)

Here's a patch that relaxes the regex in DynamicFinderMatch to make it happen.
