Null values cannot be specified in CSV fixtures.

Exact problem as reported in Rails Trac #7500:

The patch there fixes the problem for us, but it would certainly be nice if we didn't have to monkey patch ActiveRecord.

The patch from the original ticket doesn't apply cleanly anymore, but with some tweaking I could confirm this is still broken on edge.
Any chance you could come up with a diff with a test case?
