ActionView::TestCase returns 'No route' error while creating a link with a link_to

Hello!

I want to have a partial rendering a link to current page but with different parameters. In order to do that I created a link like this:

<%= link_to 'something', params.merge({:fare_class_type => 'economy'}) %>

And it works fine in rails. This helper generates a code like this.

<a href="/admin/agencies?fare_class_type=economy">something</a>

But when I'm trying to render a partial using such helper with rspec, I catch

No route matches {:fare_class_type=>"economy"}

I'm not sure that it's a bug of rspec, but It would be great to hear any advices about what to do.
