Rails config.active_record.schema_format = :sql ignores triggers in mysql
Reported by Mack Earnhardt | December 21st, 2010 @ 11:07 AM
Steps to reproduce:
- Create MySql development/test environment using mysql2 gem
- Create trigger in development database
- Uncomment the 'config.active_record.schema_format = :sql' line in config/environments/test.rb
- rake db:test:prepare RAILS_ENV=test
Result:
- File db/test_structure.sql is created but does not contain triggers
- Development database does not contain triggers
Koz, I'm assuming this is your area based on your input to #5849. Sorry if I'm jumping the gun. :-)
