[ Patch ] Added some helpful comments for Mime Type register method

I had to register some unconventional Mimetypes for my rails app. Looked at the source code, saw it missing comments on how it can be used. So added it using attached patch.

    You can make this change yourself on the docrails project and it will get merged into the main repository. Add a "[#6572 [ Patch ] Added some helpful comments for Mime Type register method state:resolved]" to the commit message and it will automatically resolve this ticket.
