HABTM destroy deletes record before associated records

#6629

#6191 reordered how destroy works with habtm associations, with the undesirable side effect of breaking use of foreign keys with such association.

The patches on this ticket (one for master & one for 3-0-stable) implement the solution proposed by José Valim + tests
