Stop AR's debug.log filling with warnings about not being able to load fixture classes

The models for the Active Record unit tests aren't autoloadable and are explicitly required. The fixtures helper still tries to load them (without knowing where they are) which fills the log files with warnings. This patch wraps the appropriate function in a logger.silence block when the Active Record unit tests are running
