Fixed failing Active Model tests

Active Model tests were failing if I didn't have mocha installed. The tests just forgot to use "uses_mocha" in two places. This patch fixes it.

- State changed from “new” to “wontfix”
No longer relevant as mocha is just plain required now (as of a1ce4008c82f8aabcabaad1e424487f56d6ce2a3)
