adding in the ability to generate a class in lib and a unit test for that class.

- State changed from “new” to “wontfix”
While I applaud the effort, I think this is not really don't enough to be worth a generator in Rails code. If you use this a lot, I would definitely recommend making a plugin out of it, though.
