Remove orphaned JSON code in ActiveSupport

Remove unused JSON::RESERVED_WORDS, JSON.valid_identifier? and JSON.reserved_word? methods.

These have not been used for quite awhile (since 7275d274, when Rails started producing double-quoted valid keys for JSON output). Removal doesn't break any existing tests.
