timestamp for the schema_migrations table

Hi,
At work we decided to add a timestamp to our schema_migration table so we can keep track of when each migration version is applied to our DB.
I though it would be a good idea to share.

- State changed from “new” to “invalid”
Interesting idea. I'm going to close this ticket, though. We're only using Lighthouse to track features if they have patches and bugs if they don't.
