Patch to set message-id on mail when using test delivery

My app saves the message-id header from sent mails into the db for future use (to ensure conversations "thread" properly in the user's email client). When using the "test" delivery method this header never get set, makes it hard to test. So here's a patch: http://github.com/tekkub/rails/c...
