[Patch] Fix mixed case column calculations

Calculations, e.g. sum(), are missing a quote_column_name() wrapper. Included is the fix, a test, and a matching db schema and fixture change.

    This will also allow for calculations on reserved word column names, which always require quoting. For example, a column named "count" would require quoting. A list of several reserved words, by standard, can be found at http://www.postgresql.org/docs/8.3/static/sql-keywords-appendix.html .
