FIX CI BUILD [PATCH] Fix mail_service_test

This should fix the CI build for edge. After looking more closely, I'm pretty sure this was just a bad test, not a real bug. I changed the test to be specific and only test path with dots (not jpeg attachments), and also cleaned up the assertions to fail with a better message.
I'm not worried that this was a real bug with jpeg mimetype, because that is already tested in the separate test test_explicitly_multipart_messages.
