Remove SQLite2 gem from CI

Ticket #3066 removed SQLite2 from the CI build but the sqlite2-ruby gem didn't get removed from the ci/geminstaller.yml file. The attached patch removes that gem from the file so that errors aren't thrown when running the CI build without SQLite2 installed.
