Session Improvements

This patch does two small improvements on sessions.
- Change SessionHash to be a subclass of HasWithIndifferentAccess instead of Hash
- Change the MemCacheStore to allow a custom serialization class, to be used as alternative than Marshal
The patch was created against 2-3-stable, since it is not a patch for Rails 3, and it doesn't include tests because the overall behavior didn't change and the current tests already test the expected behavior.
