Rename from named_sccope to scope: missing rename ArgumentError exception

lifo (Patrik) renames named_scope to scope in this commit:
It appears one of the rename remains missing in the
named_scope.rb file
I've corrected it, see the patch with this message.

Hi José Valim!
I think this ticket is different to #3735. It appears one of the renames remains missing in the named_scope.rb not in the test files.
Please take a look at the patch
