ActionMail patch for 1.9.1

vendor/gems/actionmailer-3.0.0.beta/lib/action_mailer/quoting.rb:25: invalid multibyte escape: /[\000-\011\013\014\016-\037\177-\377]/ (SyntaxError)

occurs, if default source encoding is set to utf-8 within 1.9.1.
This patch fixes it.
