Typo in config/environments/production.rb template

In railties/lib/rails/generators/rails/app/templates/config/environments/production.rb.tt:
config.action_disaptch.x_sendfile_header
Patch to fix it is attached. No tests or whatnot as this is a straightforward typo fix.
