README instructions about creating new Rails 3 apps

README file on new Rails 3 apps instructs users to create Rails apps by running "rails myapp", while it should be "rails new myapp".
Also a minor detail: "You're riding Ruby on Rails!" instead of "You're riding the Rails!"

You can change the docs yourself in http://github.com/lifo/docrails Just ask lifo for permission and edit away. :) The changes are merged later into the main Rails repo.
