Missing require in ActiveSupport::HashWithIndifferentAccess

ActiveSupport::HashWithIndifferentAccess depends on Hash#with_indifferent_access, so I added the require.

    HashWithIndifferentAccess uses the Hash#with_indifferent_access in a couple of methods: reverse_merge and convert_value.
