ActionDispatch's filtered_parameters are aliased as the misspelled fitered_params

For ease of use, ActionDispatch::Http::FilterParameters defines an alias for #filtered_parameters but misspells it as #fitered_params. It should be #filtered_params. The misspelled version doesn't appear to be used anywhere.
