compatibllity bug with mysql-essential-5.1.50-win32.msi

When I run "rake db:create", a long list error displayed:

...connection_adapters/mysql_adapter.rb:30: [BUG] Segmentation fault...

Then I uninstall Mysql and install 5.0.27, everything goes well.

Env:
Ruby 1.9.2p0, Rails 3.0.0.rc, Mysql 5.1.50, WindowsXP
