Add :error to redirect_to (there is already :notice, :alert, and :flash)

#5453

Currently, redirect_to accepts :notice, :alert, and :flash.

Why not accept usual :error ?

It is of course possible with

redirect_to url, flash => { :error => "error" }

But that is a bit long and not consistent with notice and alert.

Thoughts?
