Loading one fixture with an argument without extension (yml,csv)

Hi,
I think the error message I got when trying to load the fixture
for my articles table was misleading, because I gave the name of
the table and not the name of the file (extension included). Rails
should try to append the extension, and looking at the error
message it trunks the name of the file.
rake db:fixtures:load FIXTURES=articles
(in /Users/netbe/code/sample)
rake aborted!
Could not find /Users/netbe/code/sample/test/fixtures/arti.yml or /Users/netbe/code/sample/test/fixtures/arti.csv

Adding my patch for this issue, if anyone can check if it's ok.
PS: that's my first contribution, hoping I'm doing it right.

I think if you would remove FIXTURES=fixture_file_name then you would have to rewrite the description of the task too. I don't understand why the File.basename(filename, ".*") has been replaced with this regexp that always removes the last 4 letters.

What I meant was that now with 3.0 the code expects FIXTURES to be FIXTURES=filename.csv,another.yml instead of FIXTURES=filename,another. I'd prefer if it works with both.
