[PATCH] rake notes aborts when encodings mismatch

Running rake notes while there's an encoding mismatch in one file results in this : http://gist.github.com/604236
The exception raised doesn't help in finding the offending file (I had a Windows-1252 encoded file tagged with # encoding: UTF-8). Here's a patch that outputs the file and line location of the exception.
