@action_name and friends were not deprecated before removal

We should make sure to deprecate @action_name and the rest of the ivars that were removed in http://github.com/rails/rails/co... for Rails 2.0.x. I stumbled over a problem with @action_name just not being set any more.

This already happened in 2.1 so this is a 2.0.3 thing
