Fix for ActionView::Template#refresh in rails 3.1.0.beta

After pull new changes my Rails3 app started to raise MissingTemplate exceptions for views with 2 depth directories (like for app/views/admin/banner/index.html.erb).

I perceived that the path for template informed by exception message was missing the slashes.
