Invalid ticket URL for http://guides.rubyonrails.org/plugins.html

The Lighthouse ticket at the bottom of the page links to a private/invalid URL.
Is the link gone or is there a replacement?
I would love to commit a fix to https://github.com/lifo/docrails,
but I can't find any replacement for that link.
