#6190 ✓stale
Brent Greeff

response.rendered has been deprecated. Use template.rendered instead

Reported by Brent Greeff | December 19th, 2010 @ 04:55 AM

Upgrading to Rails 3.0.3 I am seeing the above deprecation warning.

The line generating the warning:

actual_template = @response.rendered[:template].to_s

changing this to template.rendered did not seem to work for me.

Having a quick look through the code I noticed there does seem to be
a '@templates' variable.

I am using a little helper to get the 'primary' template,

Am I using this incorrectly? Should the warning be revised?
