Move ActiveResource custom class methods to module ClassMethods

Currently custom_methods.rb adds class methods in included hook. Attached patch moves those methods to ClassMethods module, there by enabling people to override these methods easily.
The patch also makes 'delete' call more object oriented. All tests pass and nothing breaks.
