ActiveModel::AttributeMethods not defining individual accessors for attributes.keys when included

puts p.name

gives:

usr/local/rvm/gems/ruby-1.9.2-p0@rails3.0.0/gems/activemodel-3.0.3/lib/active_model/attribute_methods.rb:364:in method_missing': undefined methodname' for #<Person:0x1228e6c @attributes={:name=>"Tom"}> (NoMethodError)
