got error on new install of 1.9.2-p136, requiring --with-baseruby

below is the error I got when trying to run make

when I go back and add the --with-baseruby=/usr/local/ruby to the configure command and re-run the make process(make clean;make;) its getting the same error.

so I need some help, I'm stumped.

    but not rubygems-1.4.2 is complaining about line 62 and path not being defined.
