net/smtp enable_tls method support for ActionMailer / mail gem

Hi!
I think the mail library (which is used by ActionMailer) this
library should handle the enable_tls method of the underlying
net/stmp library.
This is required for some servers which don't fallback or don't
allow plain SMTP connection.
I already forked this repository, wrote a patch and requested a
pull.
