asset_url needed

It'd be nice to provide a generic asset_url method for
generating links to images, stylesheets, etc. Currently there's a
image_tag helper, which generates the URL according to asset_host
and asset_path, but there's no way of generating URI without the
tag (i need a image URI for Facebook <meta property="og:image"
... /> tag). Additionally we could provide some more methods
like image_url, audio_url, etc.
