The logger doesn't flush in production with script/runner

In production mode, the RAILS_LOGGER_DEFAULT has auto_flushing to false. So if we don't flush the logger in your script/runner, the RAILS_LOGGER_DEFAULT doesn't flush him content.

So I made a patch that add an ensure in finish of script/runner that flush the default logger.
