ActiveResource logging bug

In Connection#request, the logger call uses a mix of printf-style formatting and string interpolation. This causes problems if any of the interpolated strings have '%' characters in them, leading to (in the best case) badly formatted strings and (in the worst case) obscure exceptions. This patch changes the logger invocation to use only printf-style formatting.
