How to create an object of HTML document

I am a beginner I am working on a project in which I have to test whether all the objects of a HTML page works properly or not i am doing it in ruby now i am confused that how i create an object of HTML and how i pass the HTML file to it. please help

Looks like you are lost, you could try the help channels mentioned in http://rubyonrails.org/community but I'm not sure if they're applicable to the kind of support you need.
